Cancellation Policy
2-Hour Notice is Required We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 2 hours notice for rescheduling and canceling. No-shows prevent us from providing services to others in our community. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
Canceling/Rescheduling Registrants may reschedule up to 2 hours before the start of the event through their registration confirmation email sent at the time of your initial booking.
Refund Options We offer the following options to event registration cancellation/refund requests:
Issued a coupon code with the value of the registration fee as a credit that may be applied to any Unplug KC event.
Issue a refund of the original registration amount to the original payment method. Excludes donations.

Donations When registering for an event, the option to include a donation is offered. The option to add a donation to your registered ticket will apply the selected donation amount to each ticket in your order. Donations are not considered to be a part of the event registration fee. Refunds for donations are not available.
No-Shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their registered event time for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount for that event. This amount must be paid before the next scheduled appointment. If there is credit remaining on your account (pre-paid sessions, gift certificates, etc), the full amount of that event will be removed from your account.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that opening.
Late Arrivals: To honor all of our guests’ experiences and minimize any disruptions, it is important to arrive no later than the registered start time of the class or event. Arriving any time after the start time may result in no entry. If this is the case, we offer a coupon code equal to the value of your registered ticket to apply to a future Unplug KC sound bath. Contact us for support.
Out of respect and consideration to your teacher/guide and other guests, please plan accordingly, and be ready and on time.

Unplug KC reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time.
